The first pass of the Field Notes identity is ready for review. We’ve kept the wordmark quiet and given the editorial layouts a little more room to breathe.

Start with the decision the report needs to support: are we earning enough to cover this month’s work? Keep revenue, expenses and profit together at the top. Follow with the sales trend and traffic sources, then the employee records. Give each section a clear heading so the page still makes sense without the charts. Here is a short layout note to use in a review.
